product manual
A two-component waterborne epoxy anticorrosive paint composed of a waterborne epoxy resin, an amine resin curing agent, a zinc phosphate antirust pigment, an auxiliary agent, and a solvent. It has good rust resistance, wear resistance and durability, and has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance in industrial and chemical atmospheres. Excellent adhesion and sealing performance on sandblasted steel and water-based zinc-rich primer. It has good matching performance with various water-based top coats and can also be used with traditional oil-based paints.
The product has excellent environmental protection, no solvent and no fire hazard.
Product Usage
As a primer or intermediate paint for steel structures with moderate to severe corrosive environments, it can be used in new construction and repair packages.

Surface treatment
The surface of the steel structure is sandblasted to Sa21/2 or above, and the surface roughness is 30~75μm; the front paint should be completely dried and all oil and debris on the paint film should be removed, and the surface to be coated should be kept dry and clean. Sundries.

Recoat interval
* When the paint film is exposed to excessive exposure for a long time, it will be pulverized, which will adversely affect the adhesion of the heavy coating. Therefore, the surface of the paint film must be subjected to brushing, sand sweeping or high-pressure fresh water rinsing, and sufficient time can be maintained during recoating. Safety
Use this product with care. Please refer to the MSDS of this product before starting work.
Please pay attention to the safety precautions on the packaging label before and during use. In addition, the safety regulations prescribed by the relevant national or local government should also be observed.
Personal protection includes, but is not limited to, lung, eye and skin protection. If swallowed or otherwise in contact with this product, seek medical attention immediately.
Precautions
The construction site shall be protected from open flames and may only be constructed in a well ventilated condition. Strong ventilation is required in applications where it is confined or where air is not circulating.
Air humidity: When the relative humidity of the air is greater than 80%, construction is not recommended.
Ambient temperature: When the temperature is between 5 and 15℃, it is recommended to use winter-type products. The temperature is higher than 15℃ and lower than 45℃. It is recommended to use ordinary products. Below 5℃ or above 45℃, it is not recommended. construction.
Surface temperature of the substrate: The surface temperature of the steel must be higher than the dew point by 3℃ during construction; however, if the surface temperature is too high, the film defects will be caused. Therefore, when the surface temperature of the substrate is higher than 50℃, the construction conditions should be adjusted and the construction at noon will be carried out. Move to morning and evening.
Other aspects: When painting, it is necessary to prevent the surrounding environment from causing pollution to the paint film, such as: sandblasting, paint fog lamps. Avoid construction in the case of rain, snow, fog, sandstorms, and stop construction in areas with strong winds or high pollution. Excessive ventilation will cause the coating to dry too quickly and the paintability of the coating will deteriorate, and a large amount of pollutants ( Such as sand, salt particles, corrosion deposits) will cause the film properties to deteriorate, and the loss will increase.
