Ambient temperature: When the temperature is between 5 and 15 °C, it is recommended to use winter-type products. The temperature is higher than 15 °C and lower than 45 °C. It is recommended to use ordinary products. Below 5 °C or above 45 °C, it is not recommended. construction.
Surface temperature of the substrate: The surface temperature of the steel must be higher than the dew point by 3 °C during construction; however, if the surface temperature is too high, the film defects will be caused. Therefore, when the surface temperature of the substrate is higher than 50 °C, the construction conditions should be adjusted and the construction at noon will be carried out. Move to morning and evening.
Other aspects: When painting, it is necessary to prevent the surrounding environment from causing pollution to the paint film, such as: sandblasting, paint fog lamps. Avoid construction in the case of rain, snow, fog, sandstorms, and stop construction in areas with strong winds or high pollution.
