product manual
NB-JLS indoor thin steel structure fireproof coating is a new type of fire retardant coating composed of new organic composite resin and filler, and the latest type of flame retardant, foaming agent, char forming agent and catalyst. Sprayed on the surface of steel structure, usually plays a decorative role. In case of fire, it can expand and thicken and carbonize, forming a non-flammable sponge-like carbon layer, thereby improving the fire resistance of steel structure to more than 2 hours, winning fire extinguishing time and effectively protecting steel. Structural buildings are protected from fire.
Product Usage
It is used for fire protection of beams, columns and steel pipes of gymnasiums, exhibition halls, power plants, airports, station waiting rooms and industrial plants with exposed load-bearing steel structures. It has excellent anti-corrosion, heat preservation and decoration effects.

Surface treatment
The surface of the steel structure is sandblasted to Sa21/2 or above (manually or mechanically polished to above St3), sprayed with anti-rust primer and intermediate paint. When applied on the primed surface, the surface to be coated should be kept dry. Clean and free of debris.

* When the paint film is exposed to excessive exposure for a long time, it will be pulverized, which will adversely affect the adhesion of the heavy coating. Therefore, the surface of the paint film must be subjected to brushing, sand sweeping or high-pressure fresh water rinsing, and sufficient time can be maintained during recoating. Interlayer adhesion.

Safety
Use this product with care. Please refer to the MSDS of this product before starting work.
Please pay attention to the safety precautions on the packaging label before and during use. In addition, the safety regulations prescribed by the relevant national or local government should also be observed.
Personal protection includes, but is not limited to, lung, eye and skin protection. If swallowed or otherwise in contact with this product, seek medical attention immediately. Precautions must be taken to prevent fire, explosion and environmental protection.
Precautions
The construction site shall be protected from open flames and may only be constructed in a well ventilated condition. Strong ventilation is required in applications where it is confined or where air is not circulating.
Air humidity: When the relative humidity of the air is greater than 80%, construction is not recommended.
Ambient temperature: When the ambient temperature is below 5 °C or above 40 °C, construction is not recommended.
Surface temperature of the substrate: When the surface temperature of the steel is lower than the dew point temperature of 3 °C, the construction is not recommended. If the surface temperature of the steel is too high, the surface of the paint film will be defective. Therefore, when the surface temperature of the steel is higher than 50 °C, the construction conditions should be adjusted and it will be noon. The construction will be moved to the morning and evening, or the awnings will be erected or moved to the workshop.
Other aspects: There should be good ventilation during construction. When painting, it should prevent the surrounding environment from causing pollution to the paint film, such as sandblasting and paint fog lamps. Avoid construction in the case of rain, snow, fog, sandstorms, and stop construction in areas with strong winds or high pollution. Excessive ventilation will cause the coating to dry too quickly and the paintability of the coating will deteriorate, and a large amount of pollutants ( Such as sand, salt particles, corrosion deposits) will cause the film properties to deteriorate, and the loss will increase.
