product manual
This product is a weather-resistant fluororesin paint composed of fluorocarbon resin, weather-resistant pigment and non-yellowing isocyanate curing. The product has superior gloss and color retention and is the most high-grade weather-resistant finish. The paint film is tough, wear-resistant, waterproof, mildewproof, acid and alkali resistant, and has excellent adhesion to both epoxy and polyurethane paints.
Product Usage
The surface of steel structures used in harsh environments, including offshore steel structures, wind power towers, bridges, etc., are used as topcoats to extend the life of steel structures.

* When the paint film is exposed for a long time outdoors or the surface is smooth, it has a bad influence on the adhesion of the heavy coating. Therefore, the surface of the paint film must be subjected to brushing, sand sweeping or high-pressure fresh water rinsing, and sufficient time can be maintained during recoating. Interlayer adhesion.
Tool cleaning
All tools must be cleaned with ZH polyurethane thinner after use.
Safety
Use this product with care. Please refer to the MSDS of this product before starting work.
Please pay attention to the safety precautions on the packaging label before and during use. In addition, the safety regulations prescribed by the relevant national or local government should also be observed.
Personal protection includes, but is not limited to, lung, eye and skin protection. If swallowed or otherwise in contact with this product, seek medical attention immediately. Precautions must be taken to prevent fire, explosion and environmental protection.
Precautions
The construction site shall be protected from open flames and may only be constructed in a well ventilated condition. Strong ventilation is required in applications where it is confined or where air is not circulating.
Air humidity: When the relative humidity of the air is greater than 80%, construction is not recommended.
Ambient temperature: When the ambient temperature is below 5 °C or above 40 °C, construction is not recommended.
Surface temperature of the substrate: When the surface temperature of the steel is lower than the dew point temperature of 3 °C, the construction is not recommended. If the surface temperature of the steel is too high, the surface of the paint film will be defective. Therefore, when the surface temperature of the steel is higher than 50 °C, the construction conditions should be adjusted and it will be noon. The construction will be moved to the morning and evening, or the awnings will be erected or moved to the workshop.
Other aspects: There should be good ventilation during construction. When painting, it should prevent the surrounding environment from causing pollution to the paint film, such as sandblasting and paint fog lamps. Avoid construction in the case of rain, snow, fog, sandstorms, and stop construction in areas with strong winds or high pollution. Excessive ventilation will cause the coating to dry too quickly and the paintability of the coating will deteriorate, and a large amount of pollutants ( Such as sand, salt particles, corrosion deposits) will cause the film properties to deteriorate, and the loss will increase.
