The product is a two-component package, component A is liquid and component B is powder.
Product Usage
The coating is widely used for anti-corrosion coating on all steel products. It can be used as shop primer and heavy anti-corrosion primer coating. It is more suitable for high-temperature partial coating and strong solvent tank inner wall coating. Such as the inner and outer walls of the hot blast stove, smoke windows, drying tunnels. Hot exhaust pipe, blast furnace, boiler, heating furnace, etc. It can also be used as a base for heavy anti-corrosion coatings. It can be applied to the ironwork without any hindrance to the welding of the painted steel surface. The coating is particularly resistant to seawater, oil, ketone, benzene, ether and other strong solvents. It can be used in combination with various paints, complement each other, and has a long-term anti-corrosion effect. It can also be used as a conductive primer for metal oil tanks. It can be used in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, machinery, shipbuilding, aircraft, roof truss, oil field pipeline, coal mine derrick, etc. The coating is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

Surface treatment

Please pay attention to the safety precautions on the packaging label before and during use. In addition, the safety regulations prescribed by the relevant national or local government should also be observed.
Personal protection includes, but is not limited to, lung, eye and skin protection. If swallowed or otherwise in contact with this product, seek medical attention immediately. Precautions must be taken to prevent fire, explosion and environmental protection.
Precautions
The construction site shall be protected from open flames and may only be constructed in a well ventilated condition. Strong ventilation is required in applications where it is confined or where air is not circulating.
Air humidity: The ambient humidity is less than 50%. Construction is not recommended.
Ambient temperature: When the ambient temperature is continuously below 5 °C or above 45 °C, construction is not recommended.
Surface temperature of the substrate: The surface temperature of the steel must be higher than the dew point by 3 °C during construction; however, if the surface temperature is too high, the film defects will be caused. Therefore, when the surface temperature of the substrate is higher than 50 °C, the construction conditions should be adjusted and the construction at noon will be carried out. Move to morning and evening.
Other aspects: When painting, it is necessary to prevent the surrounding environment from causing pollution to the paint film, such as: sandblasting, paint fog lamps. Avoid construction in the case of rain, snow, fog, sandstorms, and stop construction in areas with strong winds or high pollution. Excessive ventilation will cause the coating to dry too quickly and the paintability of the coating will deteriorate, and a large amount of pollutants ( Such as sand, salt particles, corrosion deposits) will cause the film properties to deteriorate, and the loss will increase.
After the two components are mixed, they are filtered using an 80-100 mesh filter bag and used. Stir with a dispersing machine and continue to stir during use to prevent precipitation of zinc powder.
For best performance, the temperature of the film should be kept above 10 °C during film formation, and the humidity should be kept above 65%. If the humidity is lower than required, spray air into the air with air spray gun or other methods after the construction is completed. In order to increase the humidity, it is forbidden to directly spray water on the surface of the coating to avoid film defects.
Oil-based resin paints, alkyd resin paints and other alkali-resistant paints cannot be directly coated on inorganic zinc-rich primers. The zinc salt formed on the surface of the paint film must be completely removed when the coating time is long.
