product manual
The epoxy resin is used as a base material, and the modified polyamide resin is used as a curing agent, and an ultrafine zinc powder, an auxiliary agent and a solvent are added. The dry film contains a large amount of metal zinc powder, which has excellent cathodic protection. It can be used with epoxy coating to provide long-term corrosion protection for the coated object. The paint film is tough and compact, wear-resistant and impact-resistant, excellent in heat and moisture resistance, and resistant to long-term corrosion in the marine environment. Excellent adhesion to metal substrates, good product performance, fast drying, and can be used with a variety of coatings.
Product Usage
The surface of steel structure equipment used in bridges, iron towers, petroleum, smelting, chemical and other industries in harsh environments in industrial environments is used as the rust-preventive primer for the most basic layer, and is used as a maintenance primer for steel shot blasting or sand blasting.

* When the paint film is exposed to excessive outdoor time, zinc salt will be formed, which will adversely affect the adhesion of the heavy coating. Therefore, the surface of the paint film must be subjected to brushing, sand sweeping or high-pressure fresh water rinsing, and sufficient time can be maintained during recoating. Interlayer adhesion.

All tools must be cleaned with HY epoxy thinner
Safety
Use this product with care. Please refer to the MSDS of this product before starting work.
Please pay attention to the safety precautions on the packaging label before and during use. In addition, the safety regulations prescribed by the relevant national or local government should also be observed.
Personal protection includes, but is not limited to, lung, eye and skin protection. If swallowed or otherwise in contact with this product, seek medical attention immediately. Precautions must be taken to prevent fire, explosion and environmental protection.
Precautions
The construction site shall be protected from open flames and may only be constructed in a well ventilated condition. Strong ventilation is required in applications where it is confined or where air is not circulating.
Air humidity: When the relative humidity of the air is greater than 80%, construction is not recommended.
Ambient temperature: When the temperature is between -5 and 15 °C, it is recommended to use winter-type products. The temperature is higher than 15 °C and lower than 45 °C. It is recommended to use ordinary products, below -5 °C or above 45 °C. Construction is not recommended.
Surface temperature of the substrate: The surface temperature of the steel must be higher than the dew point by 3 °C during construction; however, if the surface temperature is too high, the film defects will be caused. Therefore, when the surface temperature of the substrate is higher than 50 °C, the construction conditions should be adjusted and the construction at noon will be carried out. Move to morning and evening.
Other aspects: When painting, it is necessary to prevent the surrounding environment from causing pollution to the paint film, such as: sandblasting, paint fog lamps. Avoid construction in the case of rain, snow, fog, sandstorms, and stop construction in areas with strong winds or high pollution. Excessive ventilation will cause the coating to dry too quickly and the paintability of the coating will deteriorate, and a large amount of pollutants ( Such as sand, salt particles, corrosion deposits) will cause the film properties to deteriorate, and the loss will increase.
